Isis was in Shazam and separate run in 1976

I was there.  I was there when ISIS came on.  I remember that shit.  Shazam baby.  Don't TAKE THAT from me.  My memories of ISIS shattered by the latest nonsense on the world's stage.  Give me back my TV show I say!

I WILL never Forget.

I certainly won't ever forget what we now know that phrase to represent: 9/11/2001

Where were you?

I know where I was.  How I felt.

Do the people  that were so emotionally charged and wanted death to Bin Laden and others immediately following 9/11 feel the same way today?  Some 12 years plus in a "war on terror" that seemingly has no end?

I WILL never Forget.

Namely because every 9/11 there are numerous posts and tweets with THAT phrase and images of the towers!!

I went to a baseball game on 9/11 a few years ago between the Angels and the Yankees.  There was a special video montage of 9/11/01.  I saw what I did NOT want to see:  The planes flying into the towers.

Is it wrong to perhaps want to forget that tragic moment in time and the ensuing aftermath which includes more tragic deaths?  More tragedy continues today as a result of the various cancers that people have become stricken with from being at or near Ground Zero shortly after 9/11/01.

Some people have NO CHOICE but to not forget.

The fact that we are still at war over this is reminder enough: we will never forget.

Thousands of innocent lives, and counting, lost: we will never forget.

SO, I will NOT let anyone TAKE ISIS from me!  Isis had a special place in my childhood heart,  I would watch Shazam and Isis on Saturday mornings in 1976.

And, if need be, I will fight for my freedom TO FORGET.  I will fight for MY FREEDOM to know and keep what Isis is to ME:
